Who is an entrepreneur?

An entrepreneur is a person who starts a new business. It takes the most risks and benefits the most rewards. The entrepreneur is often seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business or methods. Entrepreneurs play a key role in any economy. These are people who have the skills and initiative to anticipate current and future needs and bring new ideas to market. Entrepreneurs who struggle and succeed in dealing with problems in their business can grow and continue their business in the future with profits, job opportunities, and more. Those who fail, suffer and become more common in the markets. What is entrepreneurship? Entrepreneurship is one of the economic resources that is classified as an integral part of production and there are three other factors: land / nature resources, labor and capital. An entrepreneur offers the first three products to produce goods or services. They usually create a business plan, hire work, take over resources and financing, and provide business leadership and management. Entrepreneurs often have many obstacles when building their companies. Three factors that many cite as challenging are overcoming bureaucracy, hiring talent, and financing.
